By downloading, installing, or using SnowX AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SnowX AI. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use SnowX AI.
- You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@snowxai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Permitted Use
SnowX AI is licensed for personal and professional productivity purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the software to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any related infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute SnowX AI to third parties without our explicit written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is in violation of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Our IP: All software, code, models, branding, visual design, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of SnowX AI. No license to our IP is granted beyond what is required to use the product as intended.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of any content you create using SnowX AI. We do not claim any rights over your outputs, files, or data.
Feedback: If you share feedback, suggestions, or feature requests with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback for product improvement purposes.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at the time of purchase.
- Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.
- Free plan features may change at any time without notice.
We'll always give you 30 days' notice before any pricing change affects your active subscription.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SnowX AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before relying on them.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account from within the app. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
