1. What We Collect
SnowX AI collects only the minimum data necessary to operate, personalize, and secure your experience. We never collect biometric or surveillance data.
- Profile Data: Name, email address, region, avatar preferences, and personalization settings.
- AI Interactions: Text, voice, and command inputs processed to generate accurate responses. This data does not personally identify users beyond your session.
- Device Information: OS version, hardware identifiers, crash diagnostics, and IP address used exclusively for security and performance.
2. Storage & Security
Local-First Architecture: By default, all data stays on your device. Cloud sync is an opt-in feature and never enabled without your explicit action.
End-to-End Encryption: When cloud sync is enabled, all data is completely end-to-end encrypted before leaving your device. We cannot read your synced data.
Military-Grade Standards: We deploy AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 in transit, a zero-trust architecture, and maintain zero hidden logging across all infrastructure.
Encryption is not optional on our end — it is enforced by default on all accounts regardless of plan.
3. Permissions & Sharing
- Microphone Access: Occurs only when you actively use voice features and have granted explicit permission. Access ends the moment the interaction ends.
- No Data Sales: We do not sell, rent, or broker user data to third parties under any circumstances.
- Legal Requests: We only share data when legally compelled, and we will always attempt to notify you unless prohibited by law.
- Third-Party Integrations: Optional connected services receive only the specific input required to fulfill your request — never your identity or profile data.
4. Your Privacy Rights
Access & Export: You may request a full export of your data at any time from within the app or by contacting us directly.
Modification & Deletion: You may correct or permanently delete any of your personal data. Cloud data is removed within 24 hours of a deletion request. Local data is erased immediately from your device.
Compliance: SnowX AI is fully compliant with the Indian Information Technology Act, GDPR principles, and global privacy standards.
5. Children's Privacy
SnowX AI is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.
